I really need to get off the couch and go fold my laundry before I have to go out!

Sooo…

The past 3 or so weeks I’ve slacked off pretty bad with eating. It was senior week and my boyfriend was visiting so we had a lot of bad choices… then I went to Florida with him and my dad and it was another week of bad decisions and minimal exercise. But yesterday I went to Trader Joe’s and stocked up my fridge with ONLY good choices.

Yesterday morning i was 150.2 (I gained back the 5 lbs I worked hard to lose)

Today I was 149, so one day made a small difference! 

June Goals

  • no alcohol (this one’s definitely going to be a hard one)
  • eat clean and healthy
  • run 8-9 miles/week
  • get outside more
  • drink enough water…EVERYDAY!

This is my last 2 months of college and it’s going to be rough to eat clean since we’re trying to do everything we can in the next couple of months….tonight we’re going to a restaurant for drinks (water for me) and tomorrow we’re going to a beer garden but luckily I don’t like beer!

Back on track today!

Giving myself a tiny detox - ate only veggies and fruit today. But I’m going to have a veggie burger with a salad for dinner and head to bed early.

Tomorrow I’m going to have:

Breakfast - vanilla greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, iced coffee

Snack - fruit

Lunch - veggie wrap from Trader Joe’s 

RUN RUN RUN

I haven’t thought far enough to dinner yet… but I got some delicious stuff at Trader Joe’s today to choose from!!

Interview tomorrow.

For an RN position in the maternity hospital at my NUMBER ONE CHOICE!! I’m super nervous. I’m convinced I’ve interviewed with this woman before when I applied for the data entry position. Crossing all my fingers and toes! Wish me luck.
